Mr. Hustek is a graduate chemical engineer with 25 years experience in the specialty chemical, polymer and pharmaceutical industries. His background is very strong in most chemical unit operations and as such he has demonstrated his ability to conceive, develop, evaluate and implement new process concepts for a variety of projects. He has also been a guest lecturer on the subjects of air toxics destruction and solvent emission abatement. Mr. Hustek has responsibility for all technical aspects of the company, with specific emphasis on conceptual development at IDEA.
