The founding partners of IDEA believed that their collective experiences and strong conviction to being a creative, responsive, and efficient engineering design resource for the pharmaceutical, biosciences, specialty chemical, and semiconductor manufacturing industries would give our company the "right stuff" to excel in the engineering business.

Seven years later we believe our convictions have proved us right. Our firm has over 65 full time professionals, and our customer base has expanded to a national level. We attribute this positive growth to an uncompromising level of quality and effort delivered by our project staff.

IDEA is about professionalism – men and women who take pride in their work, and are dedicated to servicing the client. This philosophy begins at the top with IDEA's managing partners and trickles down through every discipline leader and staff professional.

All of our staff members have extensive experience in the "core" niche markets our company pursues – pharmaceuticals, bio-tech and bio-sciences, specialty chemicals, plastics, and semiconductors. More importantly, we have assembled a cohesive team that works well together.

IDEA is a full discipline engineering/design firm capable of meeting the challenging demands of the marketplace. We like to say it's our people who continue to make us a more "value added" resource to our clients.
